Karsten Mohr
Freediving techniques in dry and wet conditions
Karsten Mohr, graduate industrial engineer, is a freediving instructor trainer AIDA, reigning freediving double world champion CMAS Masters 2022 and teacher for mental techniques and meditation (including instructor Meditation Bund free yoga until 2014)
Karsten was a successful manager and international business unit manager in the sporting goods industry for 25 years. In this role, he formed and managed permanent teams, freelancers and independent sales companies worldwide. In 2012, he fulfilled his dream of breaking new ground and giving his professional experience, his experiences of personal development and his sporting passions a new form.

Christina Teuthorn-Mohr
Trainer for effective, authentic communication
Christina Teuthorn-Mohr lives on the Canary Islands. As an ARD journalist and communications trainer, she works online and across Europe. With her company “Magma Coaching”, she supports entrepreneurs and managers in communicating authentically and effectively.
The editor, graduate journalist and political scientist, who trained at the German School of Journalism, has more than 25 years of media experience in Germany and abroad and has received numerous journalism awards. As a long-standing radio, TV and event presenter, she has conducted thousands of interviews and reached an audience of millions with her programs.
Since 2011, she has been providing media and communication training for managers of DAX companies – as seminars and individual coaching sessions in Germany and Spain. As a certified business coach, NLP trainer and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, she has also developed the “Magma Method”: she helps her clients to discover their inner fire and effectively bring their own message to the world.
