We have realized our dream and live on the volcanic island of El Hierro in the Canary Islands. On our paradisiacal organic finca, in the crystal-clear Atlantic Ocean on freediving courses and in online coaching sessions, we help people to achieve more and lead a more fulfilling life.
As a freediving world champion and former international manager, Karsten teaches managers "Peak Performance in Inner Peace". As a former professional journalist and presenter, Christina shows how more effective communication can increase your own impact.
