Our time-out accompaniment is not a retreat.
It is a personal resonance chamber – at eye level, with structure and depth.
Three options for sabbatical support:
1st short time-out: 1:1 coaching + location clarification
Individual support in 2-4 sessions (online or on site)
2. accompanied time-out on our organic finca
3-5 days of coaching & nature on El Hierro (with accommodation & framework)
Mentoring for reintegration: 3 follow-up calls over 6 weeks after the time-out
