How do I develop a strong expert positioning and clear keynote message? How do I show a charismatic presence on the stages that present themselves to me? How do I deal with fear of visibility and self-doubt? How do I set the agenda in interviews and confidently win over the (media) audience?

I use my 30 years of experience in journalism to help managers and entrepreneurs communicate more clearly and effectively in my customized communication and media training courses.

Tailor-made with lots of practice

As As an active journalist, I help my clients to present their own content in a way that inspires listeners, journalists and audiences: I know what works and what works. I am also  sparring partner for difficult interview and discussion situations and media appearances – and also help to develop a communication and media strategy. The focus of my seminars is on practical exercises and direct implementation with feedback. I customize my concept for my clients. I incorporate a colorful bouquet of experience, countless advanced training courses and proven coaching/training methods.

I work 1:1 or in small groups with a maximum of 6 people – I train larger groups together with a co-trainer.

More visibility for female experts!

I have also developed an online group coaching program specifically for women. They often feel comfortable in their field but are inhibited in successfully positioning themselves and their topic and “selling” their ideas well. However, it is essential for your own career and the success of a project to put your own expertise at the forefront. My seminars are a  Self-confidence and visibility accelerator for successful womenwho use targeted, authentic communication to increase their influence and impact in a short space of time. Participants learn how to get to the heart of their professional and personal message and present it in such a way that it inspires and convinces their counterparts – so that they can enrich the company or their own company more effectively with their expertise.

My method

My face-to-face and online workshops are a visibility turbo: in a protected setting, with tried-and-tested methods, a clear structure, video feedback and reflection of the individual communication effect.

The special feature of my work is that I am not only an ARD journalist and presenter, but also a certified business coach, NLP trainer, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy & active organic farmer in the Canary Islands, who has realized her life’s dream. This leads to a special approach and mix of methods. If required, I also work deeply with personal issues, resistance and beliefs.

Values and purpose are an important part of my approach: with my “magma method”, I support my clients in really discovering what they are burning for inside themselves, so that they can then communicate their own message authentically and effectively in such a way that it infects and inspires others.

This often involves grand visions and important changes that have an impact on society: What kind of world do we want to live in in the future? As the seminar location also plays an important role here, I prefer to hold my face-to-face seminars at special locations. My training courses are inspiring, encouraging and sustainable, so that what you learn can be put into practice afterwards.

Christina Teuthorn-Mohr lives on the Canary Islands and holds most of her media training courses in the Canary Islands. online and in Spain (Mallorca, Canary Islands). On request, she also occasionally offers 2-day face-to-face seminars in the DACH region.

The editor, graduate journalist and political scientist, who trained at the German School of Journalism, has 30 years of media experience at home and abroad and has been awarded numerous journalism prizes. 

As a long-standing radio, TV and event presenter, she has conducted thousands of interviews and reached an audience of millions with her programs. Together with her husband, she realized her passion project and built an organic finca on the volcanic island of El Hierro.

Since 2011, she has been providing media and communication training for managers of DAX companies – as seminars and individual coaching sessions in Germany and Spain. 

As a certified business coach, NLP trainer and alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, she also sees conscious communication as the key to developing your own potential. With her  Magma Coaching” company, she supports her clients in discovering their own fire and articulating it in a way that inspires others. The focus is on authentic communication in line with one’s own values.
