MARE-TV (NDR/ARD) accompanied Karsten Mohr on El Hierro. In the film, it becomes clear that freediving is far more than just a sport for him: it is a way to develop inner peace, to be in touch with nature and to gain clarity for one’s own life – qualities that he also conveys in his coaching work.
