Most of it is an unconscious word waterfall of memories, hopes, worries, opinions, judgments, repressions, etc. Probably 80% of this energy is really wasted. This is the cause of a greater or lesser degree of discomfort. A subliminal background noise of dissatisfaction, restlessness and negativity. Everything you don’t want to have. Most of the time you can hardly grasp it. Most of the time you believe that something or someone else is to blame if you are not feeling so well.

I know this from my own experience. It is possible, in the nastiest situations and circumstances, to find peace within yourself, to at least get a taste of your joie de vivre and vitality. I am fully motivated to bring this experience and the path to it into the world. The world, and especially our “inner world”, needs more peace and serenity!!!

Why learn meditation in a group program?
Like sport or music, meditation cannot be learned from a book or on your own. As in football or in an orchestra: “The group carries!” And the trainer or conductor helps you to progress. Questions, slips, problems – everything can be mastered more efficiently in a team under experienced guidance with a system. You certainly don’t just want to learn about meditation and techniques. You also want to integrate it into your lifestyle in a sustainable way.
What proves the effectiveness of the methods and techniques?
This is relatively simple. Meditation as such is well researched. For the exercises that I take from the field of apnea diving, there are scientific studies in connection with blood gases. And the easiest way is to watch my videos. I and other divers float completely relaxed and calmly in the deep blue. This only works really well with the right preparation. You can also prove it to yourself on dry land. Your heart rate drops 10% or more with many exercises from the ! program over time by 10% or more. Relaxed in no time! Combine measurable peak performance with deep relaxation. That is the secret of apnea diving.

The exercises and inner adjustment only take a few minutes. This can be easily integrated into the day “on the go”. They express themselves through sensing (body), feeling (soul or psyche) and thinking (mind) and thus we become aware of them. You can only experience true inner stillness if you include all 3 areas. How long do I have access to the contents of the program?
Our top priority must be to take good care of ourselves. The “Give rest!” program can be easily integrated into everyday life and develops its full power if you stick with it and integrate new “good habits” into your daily routine. But despite all our willpower and determination, things happen in life where everything else has to take a back seat. That’s the way it is and in this case you can still catch up on everything 3 months later.
What does VIP - Very Intensive Process mean?
The intensive engagement with one’s own inner world and one’s own inner stillness can raise questions in which one would like experienced guidance. I offer individual mentoring through this process to a maximum of 5 participants.
How does the online community work?
Magma Coaching has its own non-public platform. Resources are posted there, sessions can be caught up on or read up on and you can also exchange ideas here.
Do you have to put your head under water?
NO! All exercises are designed for dry land and are just as effective. Our body-mind & spirit system doesn’t care where it is allowed to relax.

What makes !RUHE GEBEN! different from other programs or courses?
The key difference is that !GIVING SILENCE! is not simply a course in which you learn meditation or mental techniques. We deal with everything that prevents us from coming into contact with our inner stillness. It is about the whole system of body, soul & spirit. It is about understanding where the space of our inner stillness is and how we influence it.
How much time do I need to allow?
The method allows you to enjoy the exercises with little time investment. The concept is that you are allowed to GIVE YOURSELF 5 minutes 2-3 times a day. 2-3 times a week it is an advantage to allow yourself 15-20 minutes for yourself. All video messages are recorded. If you don’t have time on the days of publication, no problem. You won’t miss anything. You can download all the content when it suits you.
